Teal Group is a UK based management consultancy that specialises in strategic procurement, supply chain and operational transformation for large organisations and professional services firms.

Clients engage us when they need senior procurement and commercial leadership without adding permanent headcount. We provide interim and independent support backed by over two decades of experience in complex and regulated environments, including financial services, life sciences, consumer goods and government.
